Payment of month 2 PAYE.

30th June 2010

Filing deadline at Companies House for private limited companies with a year end of 30th September 2009.

Submission of Company Tax Returns CT600 for companies with a year end of 30th June 2009.

VAT Return and payment for quarter/month to 31st May 2010 (a further 7 days for both if payment made by cleared electronic funds).

1st July 2010

Payment of Corporation Tax for companies with a year end of 30th September 2009.

6th July 2010

Submission of forms P9D, P11D and P11D(b).

7th July 2010

Electronic payment for VAT periods to 31st May 2010 must be with HMRC to avoid a potential penalty.

19th July 2010

Payment of month 3 PAYE .

Payment of 2009/10 Class 1A NIC's (22nd July by cleared electronic funds).

30th July 2010

Filing deadline at Companies House for private limited companies with a year end of 31st October 2009.

1st August 2010

Payment of Corporation Tax for companies with a year end of 30th September 2009.

NB - For accounting periods starting after 6th April 2008 the filing deadline for private limited companies is reduced to nine months from the end of the accounting period . (By 31st July 2010 all possible 10 months periods will have passed, i.e. 18 months to 30th September 2009 financial statements)
